Our Tartaani collection recalls the era when Finlayson was all about checkered and striped patterns. Inspired by the patterns in our archives, we have created a new collection of modern checkered and striped patterns we call Ruutu ja Raita. The collection also includes solid-coloured reversible duvet covers. Also known as Scottish plaid, tartan is royalty among checkered textile patterns. Designer Sami Vulli has incorporated bold and modern colour combinations in this timeless Tartaani pattern.
Tartaani pillowcases are made from colour-woven 100% organic cotton produced with the jacquard weaving technique. The fabric feels soft and luxurious. Its thread count (TC) is 150 TC, which attests to the denseness of the fabric. The material is easy to take care of and it holds up well. Openings for hands at the top corners of the duvet cover make it easier to put the duvet cover on the duvet. Combine this pillowcase with the Tartaani duvet cover set.
We do not compromise on the quality of the cotton or the transparency of the supply chain in the slightest. That is why we only use organic cotton. This product is made from 100% organic cotton and is GOTS certified. The cultivation of GOTS-certified cotton makes more efficient use of rain water and employs natural fertilisers and pesticides. Best of all, the GOTS certificate makes the organic cotton easily traceable. We can trace the whole path from field to finished product.

The pillowcase comes with a five-year guarantee, holds a STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certificate as well as a GOTS certificate and has also been certified by the Finnish Allergy, Skin and Asthma Federation. The certificates also guarantee that the product does not contain any harmful chemicals and that it is allergy friendly and suitable for sensitive skin.
