Starmoomin small

The Starmoomin tote is a nicely sized bag made from durable 100% rib weave cotton. You can easily carry your shopping in this bag, or the things you need for a day trip.

The Moomins have a lot to celebrate. In 2020, it will have been 75 years since the publication of the first Moomin story, and Finlayson will celebrate its 200th anniversary. The Starmoomin pattern sees the residents of Moominvalley throw a big August party to mark the occasion of Moominmamma’s lost handbag being found. Thingumy and Bob have seats of honour as the finders of the handbag. The tables groan under a sumptuous feast and fireworks light up the summer sky. Thingumy and Bob add to the excitement by revealing the King’s Ruby in their suitcase, which immediately enchants everyone in attendance. Also take a look at our other Starmoomin products.

The product has been granted the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certificate, indicating that the product does not contain harmful chemicals and is safe to use.

The designs of Finlayson’s Moomin products are based on Tove Jansson’s original illustrations and they are genuine © Moomin Characters™ licensed products.
