Wrap yourself up in the lovely Annukka quilt! To create this quilt, we have put together everything you could possibly want from your favourite quilt: a luxuriously soft material, a light feel and the warmth of wool – not forgetting sustainability.

The Annukka decorative cushion cover is made using the Jacquard weaving technique, which enables the creation of intricate patterns. This quilt contains 65% GRS certified* recycled wool, 20% GRS certified* polyamide, 25% cotton and 20% polyamide.
The recycled wool is sourced from Italy. Approximately 70% of it comes from recycled clothing and the remaining 30% comes from fibre collected during the wool yarn spinning process. The quilt’s size is 130 x 170 cm.

Designed by Mirja Tissari in 1976, the Annukka pattern is part of Finlayson’s 200th Anniversary Collection, which can be summarised in the words “flower power”. The heart of the collection lies in the large patterns and bold colours of the 1970s. It was a time of love and believing in the power of good. We want our collection to remind people not to lose all the beautiful and good things we have accomplished together. Also take a look at the other products in the Annukka series.

We continuously strive to improve the sustainability of our products. Every day, we replace some of the ordinary cotton in our products with more sustainable materials, such as certified organic and Fair Trade cotton, recycled materials and linen. The emissions of this product have been successfully reduced by using recycled wool.

The product has been granted the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certificate, indicating that the product does not contain harmful chemicals and is safe to use.
